MUSLIM BUILDERS

Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 13 October 2026

Website: https://mb.gets.net.pk/ | Telephone: +92 321 5680114

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of https://mb.gets.net.pk/ (the “Website”) and any services requested from Muslim Builders (“Muslim Builders”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our services include real estate consultation and assistance, architectural and building design, construction, renovation and related project services.

Business contact details: Office 01, First Floor, Plot 760, Main PWD Road, Opposite NBP, O-9 B Block, National Police Foundation, Islamabad, Pakistan. Telephone: +92 321 5680114. You may contact us through the contact details and forms published on the Website.

By using the Website, requesting a quotation, placing an order or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. A separate written quotation, proposal, work order or construction agreement may contain additional project-specific terms. If it conflicts with these general Terms, the signed project-specific agreement will apply to that project to the extent of the conflict.

2. Quotations, Orders and Project Scope

Website descriptions are general information and do not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated. Prices, materials, specifications, timelines and availability are confirmed in the written quotation or agreement issued for your project.

Before work begins, the customer should review and approve the scope of work, drawings, specifications, bill of quantities (where applicable), project price, payment schedule, estimated timeline and any exclusions in writing.

Changes to the agreed scope, specifications or materials may affect the price and timeline. We will communicate material changes and obtain the customer’s approval where reasonably practicable before carrying out chargeable additional work.

Real estate listings, investment commentary, estimated returns, design examples and construction timelines are provided for general guidance. Property decisions should be based on independent due diligence and verification of relevant title, approvals, restrictions and documentation.

3. Payments through SafePay Payment Gateway

The Website may allow customers to pay amounts due to Muslim Builders through SafePay Payment Gateway (“SafePay”), subject to the payment methods displayed at checkout and SafePay’s own applicable customer terms and privacy policy.

Payment is made to Muslim Builders for the service, quotation, invoice, booking or project milestone identified at checkout. The customer must ensure that the amount, reference, project or invoice details and contact information are correct before confirming payment.

Submitting a payment does not itself amend a signed construction or service agreement, confirm a property transfer, or guarantee a booking unless Muslim Builders confirms the relevant order or milestone in writing.

Payments are subject to authorization by the relevant bank, card issuer, payment network and/or payment service provider. A transaction may be declined, delayed, reversed or reviewed for security, compliance or technical reasons. Muslim Builders does not control the decisions or systems of third-party payment providers.

Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, passwords or one-time passcodes to Muslim Builders by email, phone or messaging. Payment credentials should only be entered in the secure payment interface presented during checkout.

4. Construction Payment Plans and Receipts

For construction and renovation projects, payments are due according to the signed quotation, contract or stage-wise payment plan. Any stage percentages shown on the Website are illustrative unless expressly incorporated into the customer’s signed agreement.

Customers should retain their order confirmation, invoice, payment receipt and transaction reference. If a payment appears successful but the order or receipt is not confirmed, contact us with the transaction reference, date, amount and order/project number. Do not send complete payment-card details.

5. Cancellation, Refunds and Payment Disputes

Cancellation rights, refunds, deductions for work already completed, costs of materials ordered, third-party charges and treatment of advance payments depend on the applicable written quotation or agreement and applicable law.

If you believe you have paid the wrong amount, paid more than once, or have not received the service associated with a payment, contact Muslim Builders promptly using the details above and provide the transaction reference and supporting documents.

Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method where the payment provider and applicable rules permit. The time taken for a refund to appear in an account may depend on the bank, card issuer and payment provider.

Customers may raise a payment issue with their bank, card issuer or SafePay where appropriate. A chargeback or payment reversal does not automatically determine the parties’ contractual rights regarding work performed, goods ordered or services supplied.

6. Customer Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information, use the Website lawfully, keep any account credentials confidential, and not interfere with the Website or its security.

You must not use the Website to submit fraudulent, misleading or unlawful information; infringe intellectual property rights; distribute malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; or misuse another person’s personal or payment information.

Where a project requires access to a site, approvals, drawings, ownership documents, utility information or customer decisions, the customer is responsible for supplying accurate information and cooperating as set out in the project agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, Website text, branding, photographs, graphics, layouts and other content are owned by or licensed to Muslim Builders and may not be copied, republished or commercially used without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Project drawings, designs, plans, specifications and other deliverables are subject to the ownership, licence and permitted-use terms stated in the relevant project agreement.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may link to or use third-party services, including SafePay, banks, card networks, hosting providers, analytics tools or communication services. These third parties may have their own terms, privacy policies and service availability. Muslim Builders is not responsible for independent third-party systems, policies or interruptions, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable steps to keep Website information useful and up to date, but online content may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Project-specific written documents take precedence over general Website content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Subject to that rule, Muslim Builders is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the Website or temporary unavailability of third-party systems. This clause does not replace any express obligation or remedy in a signed project agreement.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access to the Website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, suspected fraud, unlawful activity or a breach of these Terms. This does not remove rights or obligations that have already arisen under a separate signed project agreement.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains the information we collect, why we use it, and when it may be shared with service providers including SafePay.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website applies from its stated effective date, subject to applicable law. Changes will not retrospectively amend a signed project agreement unless agreed or legally required.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, subject to mandatory applicable law. The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan.
