This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made for services provided by Muslim Builders.
1. Project-Based Services
Most Muslim Builders services are customized and project-based. This includes construction, architectural design, real estate consultation and related professional services.
Because these services may require staff time, professional work, site visits, planning, procurement and third-party expenses, refunds are assessed according to the stage of service.
2. Before Work Commences
If a customer requests cancellation before substantive work has commenced, Muslim Builders may review the request for a refund.
Any non-refundable payment-processing charges or expenses already incurred may be deducted where applicable.
3. After Work Commences
Once professional work, site work, design work, procurement or other project activities have commenced, the refundable amount may be reduced by the value of work performed and costs already incurred.
4. Architectural & Design Services
Once design work has commenced, payments relating to completed work, delivered drawings, revisions or other professional services may be non-refundable.
The applicable quotation or design package will specify the scope and delivery terms.
5. Construction Services
Construction payments may be linked to physical project milestones.
Amounts relating to completed construction work, purchased materials, labour, transportation, subcontractor commitments or other project expenses may not be refundable.
6. Real Estate Services
Fees for consultations, documentation review, verification assistance or other professional services already performed may be non-refundable.
Third-party charges, government fees, society charges or other external costs are not refundable by Muslim Builders unless the relevant third party provides a refund.
7. Cancellation by Muslim Builders
If Muslim Builders is unable to provide a service for reasons attributable solely to Muslim Builders and no reasonable alternative is agreed, the customer may request a refund of the applicable unused amount.
8. How to Request a Refund
Customers may request cancellation or refund by contacting us with:
Customer name
Phone/WhatsApp number
Order/payment reference
Service purchased
Reason for cancellation
Payment date
Requests can be submitted through our official contact channels.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method, subject to the processing time and procedures of the relevant payment provider.
The final refund amount will be determined after reviewing the service status and applicable costs.
10. Non-Refundable Circumstances
A refund may not be available where:
The service has already been fully completed
Deliverables have already been provided
Construction work has already been completed
Materials have already been purchased or committed
Third-party costs have already been incurred
The customer has approved additional work or changes
The customer supplied incorrect or incomplete information causing additional work
The payment relates to a government, authority or third-party fee that is non-refundable
